All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or sizing, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may choose:

A full refund to your original payment method, or

A free replacement

 within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If a return is needed, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

European Union – 14-Day Legal Right

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact us within 14 days to arrange the return, and we will issue a full refund once inspected.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after eligibility is confirmed. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact  abdelilahelhmouyi@gmail.com
